Returns and Exchanges - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for on-line credit.An on-line credit will only be issued if merchandise is returned in it’s original condition, unworn. NO REFUNDS .

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items: You may cancel your order via email up to the time the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but must return it for an on-line credit. You are responsible for shipping cost to and from. We may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available – in most instances we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss your order. In the event of partial orders Ten10 will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order – sending an email confirmation.
